While driving his family’s 1972 Cobalt at only four years old, Brad Williams started his lifelong love affair with boating. At that age most kids were learning to ride tricycles; but he was practicing his docking skills. From then on every weekend was spent on Grand Lake working or playing.
Opportunity struck when he received an offer to sell for one of the largest yacht brokers in the United States, Staten Island Yacht Sales. Based in New York, Staten Island Yacht Sales, broker’s high end boats as big as 80 feet in length with price tags of nearly $8 million. His time in New York provided him the credibility to work with nearly every major manufacturer in the marine industry. It also provided him with a chance to learn an entirely new set of boating functions, ranging from complex electrical systems to new navigation aids; new propulsion systems to environmental challenges that affect boaters.
